Returns & Exchanges

At Glad2Glow, we want you to love your skin and your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return, ensuring they are at least 75% full and in their original packaging.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
